Providing and applying tack coat with 80/100 (VG10) bitumen using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.60kg. per sqm On the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 503 of MORT & H specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (A.R.)

Providing and laying 75mm th. compacted bituminous macadam on prepared surface with 100-120 tonnes per hour batch type Hot Mix plant producing an average output of 75Mt per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading-II (19mm Nominal size), premixed with 80/100(VG10) bituminous binder @ 3.30% by weight of total mix transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory (8-10 tonnes) roller for initial brake down rolling, finish rolling by smooth wheeled tondom roller (8-10 tonnes) to achieve the desired compaction, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 504 Grade-I(13 mm nominal size) of MORT & H specification sand as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (A.R)

Providing and laying compacted semi dence bitumlnous on prepared surface with 100-120 tonnes per hour batch type Hot Mix plant producing an average output of 75Mt per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading I premixed with 60/70(VG30) bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and hydrated lime @ 2% by weight of total mix transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with

Supply and Laying of 80mm thick rubber moulded cement grey/ ordinary red interlocking cement concrete paver blocks confirming 15658/2000 of ap. Shape as directed by E/I manufactured by high pressure qand control vibration machine with minimum 5mm thick topping of O.P. cement mixed with 25% marble powder the compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40 MPA including preparing of bed with local fine sand and also levelling and dressing of bed with local fine sand and also levelling and dressing of surface upto required level and stoped filling joints with local fine sand including cost of material, labour T & P and all complete as per direction of E/I

Part-B (Laying Sewer Line) Excavation for laying sewer,Manholes, gully pits,, sump wells etc. in ordinary soil (earth sand, loam & clay) including cutting of joints of pits, trimming, dressing,leveling, refilling trenches in 20cm layers watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials upto a distance of 50 m from the center of trenches. (Analysed)from 0.00m to 1.50m B.G.L.

Excavation for laying sewer,Manholes, gully pits,, sump wells etc. in ordinary soil (earth sand, loam & clay) including cutting of joints of pits, trimming, dressing,leveling, refilling trenches in 20cm layers watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials upto a distance of 50 m from the center of trenches. (Analysed)from 1.50m to 3.00m B.G.L.

Concretre with 4cm gauge app. stone ballast, C. sand and cement in the propotion of 8:4 including supply of all material, labour and t & P etc. required for proper completion of work (S.I. No.281/2020)

Carting and laying of R.C.C. hume pipeNP-2 class& specials from store to the working site of work, lowering the same into trenches, trueto allignment, caulking the joints with rubber ring, & jointing with 1:2 cement mortar in coarse sand including excavation of earth below invert level of pipe, cost of all jointing materials, testing etc.complete.(Analysed) (a)0.0-1.5m.B.G.L.

Carting and laying of R.C.C. hume pipeNP-2 class& specials from store to the working site of work, lowering the same into trenches, trueto allignment, caulking the joints with rubber ring, & jointing with 1:2 cement mortar in coarse sand including excavation of earth below invert level of pipe, cost of all jointing materials, testing etc.complete.(Analysed(b)1.50-3.00m.B.G.L.

Construction of Manhole regulating shaft (1.00x1.00) m. size including E/W in excavation , brick work in 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar, & 3Nos. PVC sheethed cast iron foot steps in per meter length., plastering the wall surface with 12 mm.thick dedo plaster in 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar complete in all respect as per direction of E/I/C.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm.gauge approved stone grit,coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 i/c supply of all materials,labour T&P etc. required for Proper completion of the work.[SI.No.279(a)]

12mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortor in 1:4 over brick work internal side. [SI.No.584]

R.C.C Work with cement,approved coarse sand & 2cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in slabs exclud supply of reinforcement & its bending,but i/c its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.binding wire & including necessary centering & shuttering etc. & supply of all materials,labour ,Tools & plants etc.required for proper completion of the work i/ccost of binding wire.The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.[SI.No.284]
