3) 1 NOS. LNG DISPENSING PUMP HAVING CAPACITY OF 150 LPM (VERTICAL CANNED TYPE) ALONG WITH INTERCONNECTION ARRANGEMENT FOR FUTURE 2ND LNG DISPENSING PUMP. NOTE:- 1) supply & Assembly of all pressurized pipeline & piping required for liquid,gas,vent,Nitrogen purging & instruments line as per OEM & other std. engineering specification. 2) FLP Electric Motor with VFD driven LNG PUMPS along with all necessary accessories as specified in data sheet, system design basis and process flow diagram. 3) 1 nos. LNG dispensing pump at present scope along with interconnection piping arrangment for future 2nd LNG dispensing pump having capacity 150 LPM flow and approx. 12 – 17 bar (g) differential pressure of LNG (or as required). 4) The unloading skid shall have centrifugal pump suitable for LNG service and shall have a return line for tanker.

4) 1 NO. SATURATED VERTICAL FORCED DRAFT TYPE (WITH AIR COOLED MEDIA) VAPORIZER HAVING CAPACITY OF 4000 kg/Hr. NOTE:- 1) In order to increase the temperature of the cold LNG to saturated temperature before LNG dispenser, along with VFD motor driven FD fan and all necessary accessories. 2) Vaporiser should be designed as per ASME SEC-VIII Div. / PED/NFPA-59A/ other inetrnational code. 2) The vaporiser material and design comply as per ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. 3) Actual flow rate of vaporiser based on ambient & operation hour and same should be decided by OEM for maintaing the required flow capacity. 4) OEM should suitably size of vaporiser based on required flow rate of 150 LPM including with contineous operating correction factors,fluid & other climate correction factor etc.

5) 1 NOS. LNG DISPENSER HAVING CAPACITY OF 150 LPM ALONG WITH INTERCONNECTION ARRANGEMENT FOR FUTURE 2ND LNG DISPENSER. NOTE:- 1) LNG dispener equiped with VFD driven LNG pumps, nozzle(s) for fuelling LNG with or without vapour return/recovery hose(s) for fuelling LNG , hose(s) for vapour recovery when not integrated with the fuelling hose , dummy receptacle or parking dock for the nozzle, breakaway device(s) when not in use, flow meter(s) for fuelling & vapour return line, temperature and pressure sensors and transmitters,F&G devices, desnisty meter etc. along with pipe work and control valves, including thermal and pressure relief valves, electrical and pneumatic power supply, dispenser cabinet with display monitors for price & qty. , start,stop & ESD push button for the LNG dispenser unit. 2) LNG Driver choice of cold or saturated LNG fuelling , Earthing connection, Compatible with all truck brand etc

9) UTILITY, PLC,SCADA,HMI, F&G DEVICE ALONG ASSIOCIATED ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION CONTROL SYSTEM INTEGRATION 1 No. compressor for utility air requirements with Air dryer and Built in air reciever of suitable capacity for catering utility air requirements in instrumentation systems along with associated automation PLC & SCADA system and supply of associated valves, fittings, double-walled vacuum jacketed pipe in line with scope of work, PJS, Datasheets & Specification attached with tender document. All work shall be in line with applicable Indian regulations and codes. Scope shall also include Design, engineering, supply of Instrumentation System Comprising of field instruments (including Gas Detectors and Temperature elements for the leakage detection purpose), cables, JB, cable tray, HMI, PLC system (including provision for future LNG dispensing pump & future LNG dispenser), automation, safety interlocks, integration, erection material, etc. complete in all respects to make the complete integrated system and satisfy all applicable codes and statutory norms in india and as per drg., specification, etc. available in tender document. Scope shall also include Design , engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical systems to make the electrical works complete in all respects as detailed in Process Flow Diagram, SOR, PJS / Scope of work and to satisfy all applicable codes and statutory norms in India and and as per the tender specifications. Note 1.: Bidder shall visit the site to assess the quantum of work & Site feasibility before bidding and quote accordingly. Note 2.: Fire fighting facility is excluded from the scope of the present tender. However, integration with fire water pumps and fire alarm system to be considered by the bidder. Note 3: Civil works, architectural works and structural works are excluded from the scope of the present tender. However, Vendor shall furnish the detailed construction drawings of foundations of their vessels/ equipment/ supports etc to be submitted to CLIENT/PMC for review and approval which shall be constructed by the contractor through other tender. Note 4: Installation of distribution piping for future dispenser ( Bidder to note that only one dispenser is in present scope of supply, future dispenser is not in scope of supply ) along with control (PLC & SCADA etc) and safety systems (integration with fire water pumps and fire alarm system etc.) are included in present scope of work of bidder. Note 5: Installation of distribution piping for future dispensing pump ( Bidder to note that only one dispensing pump is in present scope of supply, future dispensing pump is not in present scope of supply ) along with control (PLC & SCADA etc) and safety systems (integration with fire water pumps and fire alarm system etc.) are included in present scope of work of bidder.

ERECTION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF LNG STORAGE FACILITY ALONG WITH LNG DISPENSING FACILITY AT KOSIKALAN

ERECTION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF LNG STORAGE FACILITY ALONG WITH LNG DISPENSING FACILITY AT KOSIKALAN The scope of work consist of erection/ installation of all equipment ( including installation of equipment interconnecting piping and other accessaries ) as defined under tender document. Scope also include design, engineering, procurement of materials required for fabrication, erection and carrying out site work for all mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation, safety interlocks, PLC based control system, PLC & SCADA system etc. to complete the work in all respects including testing (as required), pre-commissioning and commissioning of the complete system.

Notes: a. Liquid Nitrogen, etc. required for pre-commissioning of cryogenic equipment is also included in the scope and quoted price. b. Transportation of LNG from Dahej plant for first filling of storage tanks required for commissioning is also included in the scope and quoted price. However LNG molecules for first filling shall be issued free by GAIL GAS. ( Reimbursement for LNG consumed during commissioning to be paid by bidder) c. Providing technical and liaisoning assistance to GAIL GAS LTD / EPMC for obtaining statutory approvals shall also be included in the scope and quoted price. d. Bidder to include the start-up and commissioning spares for complete system in the quoted price. However, list of spares (start up and commissioning) to be submitted at the offer stage. Minimum 200% spares gaskets and 50 % spare fasteners (at least 1 no. of each size) to be supplied as commissioning & start-up spares. e. Comprehensive operation and maintenance of the complete system including all spare parts and consumables for 1 years are in the scope of vendor. However, Comprehensive operation and maintenance Service may be extendable for another 2 years as per owner’s requirement (at sole discretion of owner) at the rates quoted by the vendor (i.e. two years comprehensive operation and maintenance inclusive of all manpower, spare parts charges, and consumables) with 5% annual escalation, at same terms & conditions. However, manpower required for money collection, billing, etc. for LNG dispensing are not in the vendor scope. f. Civil, structural and Architectural works are excluded from the supplier's scope. However, Vendor shall furnish the detailed construction drawings of foundations of their vessels/ equipment/ supports etc to be submitted to CLIENT/PMC for review and approval which shall be constructed by the contractor through other tender. g. Fire-fighting facility is excluded from the scope of the present tender. However, integration with fire water pumps and fire alarm system to be considered by the bidder. h. HOWEVER, COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE MAY BE EXTENDABLE FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS AS PER OWNER’S REQUIREMENT (AT SOLE DISCRETION OF OWNER) AT THE RATES QUOTED BY THE VENDOR UNDER SL. NO. 74- 81 (I.E. TWO YEARS COMPREHENSIVE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INCLUSIVE OF ALL MANPOWER, SPARE PARTS CHARGES AND CONSUMABLES) WITH 5% ANNUAL ESCALATION AT SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Operation and maintenance of LNG STORAGE FACILITY ALONG WITH LNG DISPENSING FACILITY AT KOSIKALAN Lumpsum per shift (1 engineer x 1 shifts for one year)

Providing manpower consisting of 6 Technicians (operation + maintenance) (2 Technicians in 8 hrs shift each) for a minimum period of 1 year from commissioning for continuous normal operations and maintenance at KOSIKALAN. Rate to include lodging, fooding, transportation, salaries, allowances, medical, insurance and all other incidental charges etc. Rate to be valid for extension for another year.

Operation and maintenance of LNG STORAGE FACILITY ALONG WITH LNG DISPENSING FACILITY AT KOSIKALAN. (2 Technician x 3 shifts per day for one year) Rates to quted for per Shift/technician.

Comprehensive maintenance charges (excluding manpower) of the entire system (LNG STORAGE FACILITY ALONG WITH LNG DISPENSING FACILITY AT KOSIKALAN) including all spare parts and consumables for below mentioned years are in the scope of vendor.

Stamping arrangements for the dispenser

Stamping & necessary certification for the dispenser from concerned Weights & Measures Authority is included in AMC of bidder. Renewal of Validation of this certificate annually is also included in bidders scope of work.

Bidder shall provide detailed training to owner's employees/client's personnels for the all new installation to enable them to operate the system effectively for 7 days.
