Supply, Design, Engineering, Procurement of Materials, Fabrications/ Manufacturing, Inspection & Factory Acceptance Testing at works, Packaging, Shipping, Insurance, Port Handling, Custom Clearance, Transportation to store, Transportation to site, Loading, Unloading, Storage & Safety, Installation ,Testing & Commissioning of fully wired wall mounted PLC Based Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) Panel with redundant CPU and I/O module, Serial communication/Modbus card at CNG Stations i.e. Online/ Mother / DBS / Daughter Station alongwith all accessories i.e. PLC, SMPS, MCB Switch Gears, TB, Gateway, Switches, Barriers/ Isolators, Modem for communication / data transfer, Cables, connectors etc. including supply and installation of all neccessary licensed (In the name of M/s Gail Gas) softwares i.e. - Operating System Software, DBMS software, Dashboard software, Engineering Work Station Software,History Software, Web Server Software, OPC/MODBUS server software, GPRS Server software, GPS Server software on cloud server in the form of IaaS (infrastructure as a service) / EWS server etc. and required mild steel strucutre support, anchor fastner etc. for erection panel, cable trays, test instruments / equipment, Site Acceptance testing & Integration, Test Run, Pre-commissioning activity, Commissioning, Integration with existing System,Training, technical support, Warranty, Post Warranty, Mandatory spares & commissioning spares and documentation shall be as per details scope of work, technical Specification and other documents attached with this tender. All the signals of existing system i.e CNG Dispenser units, Gas Compressor, CP panel, MRS & DRS, LCV flow meter etc. are to be interfaced by Modbus communication for Max. 2 compressors & 4 dispensers. Locations suggested are tentative and will be finalized during detailed engineering. Location details will be provided after order placement or during detailed engineering. All proposed locations are tentative and may change; follow instruction of client / EIC during installation. Note - 1. Integration of RTU with existing system by modbus or any other protocol shall also be scope of the bidder. 2. OEM support in intergation with existing system shall be in client scope. 3. RTU system shall be fully compatible to integrate with Existing ABB SCADA System.

Design, Engineering, Supply, Integration, training, testing and commissioning of Secure web based cloud computing server in the form of IaaS (infrastructure as a service) services i.e. compute, storage, memory, software licenses etc. for CNG automation system from GA control room and main control room at H.O of Gail Gas including Setting up, installation, configuration, management, upgradation and migration of Database Servers, Preparation of Dashboard at each Level i.e. GA C/R and Main C/R, and all other required third party softwares for completion of the work as per details scope of work, technical Specification and other documents attached with this tender. The cloud service shall be taken from MEITY Compliant Cloud Service provider.

Supply and laying of Armoured Cat-6 cable between Panels i.e. RTU, CNG compressor panels/equipments, CNG dispenser unit etc. at CNG Stations, GA C/R and H.O Main C/R in cable trench, cable tray as required alongwith Glanding termination, ferruling, dressing etc. including supply of SS double compression glands, ferrule, lugs and other required accessories to complete the work as per datasheet, standards and specification attached with this tender.
