The payment will be based on the actual deployment and actual payment done to deployed resources

Services of Call Cetre - Inbound & Outbound Calls, Emails, Whatsapp, Web Chat, Monitoring, Machine Chat, Social Media, Monitoring, Artificial Intelligence performance, learning and rating, Customer Handholding, etc. These include (but not limited to) to the Floor Premises, Round the Clock Electricity, Drinking Water, Air Conditioning, Washrooms & Security, Furniture, Noice Retarding Cabins, Acoustics, Sufficient/Standard Conference Training & Server Rooms and Agent working. All the requistic Licenses for Call Center Operations, Dialers, Routers, PCs, Softwares, MS Office, Connecting Cables, Noise Suppression Headsets and Noise suppression Software all are as per Gail Gas specification, Business countinuity Plan, Etc.

(i) The estimated rate as above for Class A, Class B and Class C Cities includes sufficient margin towards overheads i.e. minimum infrastructure to be maintained by the bidder for execution of the contract, running office expenses, coordination with Statutory Authorities, charges towards Bank Guarantees (BG), interest on working capital, documentation charge and reasonable profit margin. The reimbursement due to any upward revision of wages shall be limited only to the statutory wage components i.e. wages, PF, ESI / EC, Bonus and Leave wages and the impact of revision on wages shall not be allowed on i) overheads considered in the estimate ii) percentage / amount of “Service Charge” quoted by bidder in the SOR. The Bidder undertakes that he has completely understood both financial and non-financial implications towards the statutory and non-statutory components involved in deployment of resources as per the tender document including Scope of work and Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) including: a) Standard Conditions of SCC Part-I, b) Standard Conditions of SCC Part-II, Part-III, Part-IV c) Standard Conditions of SCC Part V. The bidder undertakes that he has quoted the “Service Charge” / Rates considering all the above stipulations / conditions and the undertaking for the same is enclosed. (ii) Bidder have to offer the lumpsum price including service charge including GST above the floor price for Highly Skilled Resource under A Class City is Rs. 1516680.43 (inclusive of GST @18%)& for Skilled Resource under A Class City is Rs. 22489809.18 (inclusive of GST @18%), Floor Price of Rs. 77,17,297.42 inclusive of GST@18%) For B Class Cities and Floor Price of Rs. 11085075.29 (inclusive of Rs. 18%) for C Class Cities above.

Bidder has to mandatorily quote prices for all Cities and ensure that total prices quoted is for complete scope and terms and conditions of Tender document.

Quoted prices shall be inclusive of all charges as required in SCC,SOW and as per Tender Condition-Covering all aspects of Tender.

Prices quoted are all inclusive of applicable taxes, duties and other incidental charges except GST (GST shall be quoted in its intended column). Purchaser shall not be liable for any extra payment against the scope defined in this tender.

Bidder shall quote prices in the given format of Schedule of Rates and shall not modifiy the format in any form.

Quoted Prices as such will remain Firm & Fixed till complete execution.
