Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 and for all lift.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part there of in excavation I banking excavated or stacked materials.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Design, Supply, fabrication, transportation, erection and fixing in position of 3000mm high Boundary Wall from NGL, minimum 75mm thickness & 3000mm length. Consisting of RCC Precast Concrete post of size minimum 300 x 300 x 4000mm height including R.C.C Precast foundation as per approved design. Precast post having two grooves so as to receive Precast Panel. Precast concrete panels width minimum 1500mm.The work shall be started after it is duly approved by Engineer-in-Charge/ Client’s representative. The post with R.C.C precast foundation shall be erected in place on levelled PCC base. The post will be erected @ 3200 mm c/c. The rate shall include all material, labour, taxes, tools, transportation, including MS welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works refer Drg. (Note : The tender is formulated for all precast components to be "Designed, manufactured and put in place to withstand all necessary loads for a life span of 50 years as per CPWD specification by the contractor" The contractor will ensure that the design of all precast components shall be duly vetted from IIT and approved by DMIC-IITGNL before execution.)

Barbed Wire Fencing Work

Supplying at site R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Supplying and fixing turn buckles and straining bolts for barbed wire fencing.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. Providing and fixing of barbed wire fencing with existing angle iron post. Barbed wire with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
