The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in preparation of DPR(s) for drainage projects with a project cost of Rs. 500 Crores in a single financial year period (within 12 months for multiple or single work orders) during the last 10 years. The bidder should have completed similar nature (Drainage) works, with options including: - Three similar nature works completed, each of 30% of the ULB area. - Two similar nature works completed, each of 40% of the ULB area. - Single similar nature works completed in 60% of the ULB area. The similar nature works considered are: - Drainage DPR preparation - Master Plan Preparation for Drainage The catchment area served with the qualifying experience should be at least 30% area of the ULB. A specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as more than 5 percent of the value of the whole works, in the context of subcontractors for critical components of the works. The value of similar works completed is Rs. 500 Crores. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for the bidder's prior work experience, other than the requirement for the last 10 years and the mentioned options. The bidder needs to submit a completion certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, along with other supporting documents. The Experience Certificate should mention that the proposal submitted by the bidders is approved by the competent authority. The track record of the bidder is evaluated based on the area of Nagar Nigam for which this RFP is published, with the following points allocation: 30% area - 60 points, 200% area - 100 points, and in between on a pro-rata basis. The aggregated value of executed works is to be mentioned in Rs. in Lacs. The scheduled dates of start and completion of work, as well as reasons for delay if any, are also to be provided. The attested photocopy of the experience certificate of the Engineer-in-charge, not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager/Project Head, is to be appended with the detail. In the absence of these documents, the work would not be considered for eligibility criteria.
