Ded the cost of old bricks /batts

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move )

Cartage of Ballast, Kankar, Coal, Grit or Sand etc. including loading and unloading but excluding stackings on pucca roads. Upto 8 Km.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab wall etc excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG G.I.binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and supply of all materials, labour and tool & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

M.S. (tor or plain)in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire wastage including supply of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (93.05x-19%=75.37)

Cast Cement concrete door sills, chaukhats, boundary posts shelves and similar small work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire, moulds, all materials labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

Supply & Laying, spreading and compacting 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumenn VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.i/c all taxes,labour cess,levy,royalty excluding GST.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.i/c all taxes,labour cess,levy,royalty excluding GST

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen using bitumenn VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.i/c all taxes,labour cess,levy,royalty excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 i/c all taxes,labour cess,levy,royalty excluding GST.

Supply & laying of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete I-Shape' Interlocking paver blocks ISI mark confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement , smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant; manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40Mpa and weight 4.5kg per including cost of material, with a blanket layer of 4.00cm. thick fine sand. including labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty, etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Reflective Raised Pavement Marker Providing and fixing of raised pavement markers (Cat Eye) Type x-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennision/3m(USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate, ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 M.T. tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H Circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and width of the body shall not exceed 130 mm, 20 mm and 105 mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm . on each side sloping at the angle of 35 + 5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. it shall comply to specification of Category A of MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. With 7 years warranty. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, etc. All T&P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.
