Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pils cap in M-25 cement concret to carry a safe working load not less than specified excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution an the lenght of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc.

Extra over single under ream for providing additional bulbs in under reamed piles under specified diameter (only the nos of extra bulbs are to be paid)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab wall etc excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24BWG GI binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc and supply of all materials labour and tool & plants etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire the rate excludes makings of drip course wihch shall be paid extra.

MS (tor or plain) plain work such as rcc or rb work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend. Hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire wastage including supply of all labour material t&p etc required for proper completion of the work

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of berger/jk/birla or similar mak 2coats

Finishing wall with water proof cemen paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all materials labour t&p etc required for proper completion of the work.

Painting roofs or other iron work inlarge areas with one coat priming and two coat approved (above on sq. metre) paint (British antesol or equivalent) including supply of all material labour t&P etc. r

Supply & laying spreading and compacting 53mm to 22.4mm size stone aggregate of specified size to WBM specifications in uniform thickness hand picking rolling with 3wheeled road vibratory roller 8-10tonn

Construction of un-renforcement dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 (1:1.5:3) course and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size in a concrete mixer of not exceeding 25mm mised in a concrete mixer of not then 0.2 cum capacity and approprate weight batcher using approved mix design laid in arpproved fixed side form work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints as per norms applying debonding strips primer sealant dowel bars near approaches to bridgs/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curring of concrete slabs for 14days curing compound (where specified) and water finished to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 including cost of polythene sheet and dowel bar and also including complete shifing of matrials & concrete etc (M-20)

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm as per drawings and technical specification clause

Providing and fixing stainless steel(Grade304) railing made of hollow tubes channels plates etc. including welding grinding buffing polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel
