R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors &windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials,labour,tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(AS PER PWD SOR 2020/283 a .)

S/F M:S (tor steel or plain) in plain work such as R:C:C or R:B work including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all steel & wasteage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlappinf shall be measured etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing laying spreading and compecting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with at OMC in machenical mix plant carriage of mix material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers of each 100mm thick with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

S/L P:C:C (1:4:8) with 40 mm gauge Stone ballast , Coarse sand and cement in foundation and under floor including all materials, labour, tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowl jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 40(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine. Supply & laying 80 mm thick Precase cement concrete i-shape interlocking paver block (Red color) with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200X(160+120mm) of O.P cement smoothing gloss finish,skid resistant manufacturered from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. the compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 mpa (M-30) and weight 5kg .per no. confirming to IS:15658-2006 including cost of material ,labour,t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer -in-charge .

RCC hume pipe np3 900mm dia ETC ALL COMPLETE AS PER THE DIRECTION OF ENGINEER IN CHARGE.

Laying and jointing of Hume pipe in position, jointed with jute and stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testeing of joints complete, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 600mm dia pipe SOR 2022 ITEM N. 19.05

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.PWD SOR 2022 10.21 .

DPR CHARGE etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.
