R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in lintel of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending the same with 24 B WG binding wire and necessary centering and shuttering etc, and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of works.(As per S.I no 9 PWD 283 )

Earth work in excavation in tranches for foundation pipes cable etc ordinary soil ( loan clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m. lead upto 50 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavation earth as directed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 50 m. (As per S.l no.01,sch 251 of SOR)

12mm thick cement Plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and fine sand in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering including arises, interior rounded angles chamfers and of rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grit and finished even and smooth.(As per S.l no.2,sch 13.4 of PWD)
