Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measurised as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work with Cement approved coarse sand and 2 .(3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels fo doors and windows excluding supply of nforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire and including necessary ring and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding cost of Binding wire.

First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coar sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in superstructure including sary Cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of walls not to be less than 1½ brick. Add extra ur to above items and plinth including supply of all aterials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper letion of the work.

2Cm. Thick cement plaster in dado or skirting in 1:2 consisting of one part of cement & two part of approved coarse sand laid in panels finised with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement or cement mixed with marble dust in ratio 5:1 including supply of all materials, labours, tools and plants etc required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and Coar sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work imum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including upply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. quired for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made 80x1.25 mm colf rolled MS lath inter locked throghout their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks and mounted on specially degined pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete but including the cost of top cover and springs.

Providing and fixing 27.50cm long wire spring grade 2 for rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing top cover for 1.25 mm thick rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Painting roofs or other iron work in large areas ith one coat priming and one coat of approved (above one Sq. Metre) paint (British antesol or equivalent) including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & ts etc. required for proper completion of the k. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-109

Cement Concrete with 4 cm. gauge stone ballast, coarse sand and cement, in proportion of 8:4:1 under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

5cm (2") thick 1:1.5:3 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3mm. (1/8") floating coat of neat cement of cement finished with ite cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, ing supply of all materials, labour and Tools and ants

Supply and fixing of Kota stone in flooring 20mm thick and joint filled with 1:2 cement and coarse sand with approved coloured materials to be given an even shade with 20 mm base coat of 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar and polished by hand or machine and finally finished with french manson polish or other approved polish including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing cement primer on old/new surface with approved quality material.

Distempering (first coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of quired shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with ment primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paint after oroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping nd other foreign matters and also including the urface even with plaster of Paris or approved synthetic ls and sand papered smooth including supply of ls, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper tion of the work.

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in heavy guage rigid steel conduit pipe ealed in the wall, complete with 14 SWG copper earth ty wire,GP Box , piano type switch & ceiling rose/ ten holder on 3 mm thick phenolic laminated ackelite sheet etc., complete in all respect, as directed ing matching colour wash.

Supply and Wiring of submains with two nos. of 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated 1100 V grade single core m onductor cable in existing steel conduit complete with supply of all material labour & T&P required for proper completion of the work as directed at ite by Engineer in charge.

S&F and making connection of 16A 2 pole 30mA ELCB/RCCB of Din Rail Mounting complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction to the Engineer in charge

S&F of 6 Amp to 32 Amp. SPMCB (10 KA) C Curve

Supply and fixing of power plug with 15A/250 volt flush type switch and 5 pin 15A/250V flush type universal socket in suitable M.S. box of 175mm x 100mm x 50mm size with phenolic laminated kelite sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with brass machine screw and cup washer.

Wiring point for fan / fesh air fan (light duty exhaust fan) with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in heavy guage rigid steel conduit concealed in the wall, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire,GP Box , piano type switch & ceiling rose on 3 mm thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc complete in all respect, including matching colour wash.

Supply and burying of 600mm x 600mm x 6mm G.I. plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 metres below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of two no. 8 to 10 SWG GI wire in 15mm dia G.I. pipe up to switch board (from appron to switch board the cost of G.I. pipe and G.I. wire will be extra) 30cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonry housing alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect.

Retro -Reflective sheeting type-IV with 4 mm thick ACM single Side: Providing & fixing of reflective singns with a corrosing resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with high intensity prismatic sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm Legends letters ,numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 The sheeting shall have a pressure -sensitive adhesive of the aggressive -tack type requiring no heat ,solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface,in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer ,The ACM (Aluminium composite Materials )shall be fixed on the back frame MS Angle with riveting Micro prismatic type iV retro reflective sheeting comfirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be pressure fixed the retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection ,daytime colour and luminance ,shrinkage ,flexibility, liner removal, adhesion ,impact resistance ,specular gloss and fungus resistance,3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtanined from international/Govemment laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition ,it should also be obtained from indian condition within 3 yerars of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad Alternatively ,a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D 4956 -09 ) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionally in such a situation, the Employer/client,if so desires,could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weatheringof the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012& proof of the same report shall be uploaded which quoting tender The rate shall include all materials ,labour T& P ,transportation,installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382, leaving 10mm gap for tharmal expansion, single socketed pipes. 110mm diameter

Heat Reflecting paint on roof: providing and appling two coats of high Albedo paint having SRI (solar refractive index) 108 (with solar reflectance & thermal emittance tested as per ASTM) C 1549 and ASTM C 1371 respecticely), VOC less than 10cc/gm. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall strctly as per manufacturer's specifications and as approved by Engineer-in-charge. surface preparation includes cleaning with metal wire brush to remove all dust, fungus etc, washing with water all complete. the contractor shall give guarantee for the performance of SRI and also the durabitity of coating, all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
