R.C.C. work with Cement approved coarse sand and 2 .(3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels fo doors and windows excluding supply of nforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire and including necessary ring and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding cost of Binding wire.

First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coar sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in superstructure including sary Cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of walls not to be less than 1½ brick. Add extra ur to above items and plinth including supply of all aterials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work.

2Cm. Thick cement plaster in dado or skirting in 1:2 consisting of one part of cement & two part of approved coarse sand laid in panels finised with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement or cement mixed with marble dust in ratio 5:1 including supply of all materials, labours, tools and plants etc required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and Coar sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work imum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including upply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. quired for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing 1mm thick MS Sheet garge door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.15mm thick MS gusset plate at the junction and corners including supply and fixing of necessary fittings.
