Cement concrete with 4.0cm gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F.M and Cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in Foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, etc. required for proper completion of the work etc. (SI.No. 273)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory/smooth three wheel steel roller. To achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401.

M-150 Brick work in one cement & Four Fine sand (1:4) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. SI. No. 305

Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. SI No. 284

M.S. (Tor steel or plain) in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. (S.I.No.504)

M.S. or Iron work of small size and section such as holding down bolts, haold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastages etc. and their fixing but in M.S. Grills/Stair case/railing/Gates/ trusher /racks etc. required for proper completion of the work. (I.S. 502A)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with hovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-20)
