Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measurised as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work with Cement approved coarse sand and 2 .(3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels fo doors and windows excluding supply of nforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire and including necessary ring and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding cost of Binding wire.

First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coar sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in superstructure including sary Cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of walls not to be less than 1½ brick. Add extra ur to above items and plinth including supply of all aterials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper letion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and Coar sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work imum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including upply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. quired for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing 1mm thick MS Sheet garge door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.15mm thick MS gusset plate at the junction and corners including supply and fixing of necessary fittings. Lock rail of 15" length of oxidised iron and including pintels hooks at the top and applying priming coat of red lead paint on all sides complete.

Painting roofs or other iron work in large areas ith one coat priming and one coat of approved (above one Sq. Metre) paint (British antesol or equivalent) including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & ts etc. required for proper completion of the k. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-109

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the anufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and orming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 nt : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry 3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Supply and fixing 6 mm. (¼") China white glazed es in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 ent and approved coarse sand mortar finished with ite cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, ing supply of all materials, labour and Tools and ants

Providing and laying Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats

Heat Reflecting paint on roof: providing and appling two coats of high Albedo paint having SRI (solar refractive index) 108 (with solar reflectance & thermal emittance tested as per ASTM) C 1549 and ASTM C 1371 respecticely), VOC less than 10cc/gm. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall strctly as per manufacturer's specifications and as approved by Engineer-in-charge. surface preparation includes cleaning with metal wire brush to remove all dust, fungus etc, washing with water all complete. the contractor shall give guarantee for the performance of SRI and also the durabitity of coating, all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Making inter connections with existing pipe line to proposed pipe line including supply of all material, labour T & P etc. complete.

Retro -Reflective sheeting type-IV with 4 mm thick ACM Double Side: Providing & fixing of reflective singns with a corrosing resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with high intensity prismatic sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm Legends letters ,numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 The sheeting shall have a pressure -sensitive adhesive of the aggressive -tack type requiring no heat ,solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface,in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer ,The ACM (Aluminium composite Materials )shall be fixed on the back frame MS Angle with riveting Micro prismatic type iV retro reflective sheeting comfirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be pressure fixed the retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection ,daytime colour and luminance ,shrinkage ,flexibility, liner removal, adhesion ,impact resistance ,specular gloss and fungus resistance,3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtanined from international/Govemment laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition ,it should also be obtained from indian condition within 3 yerars of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad Alternatively ,a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D 4956 -09 ) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionally in such a situation, the Employer/client,if so desires,could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weatheringof the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012& proof of the same report shall be uploaded which quoting tender The rate shall include all materials ,labour T& P ,transportation,installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge
