The bidder should have specific experience in establishing MSW plants with SLF, Leachate Treatment Facility, and O&M of SWM processing plants. The required experience includes: - Experience in establishing MSW plants with SLF, Leachate Treatment Facility, and O&M of SWM processing plants, with marks allocated based on the capacity: 20 marks for 1-20 TPD, 30 marks for 21-40 TPD, and 40 marks for above 40 TPD. - Experience in disposal of by-products (RDF) generated from Municipal Solid Waste processing projects, with 15 marks for an average of a minimum of 20% of plant capacity (365 tons) in the last 3 years. - Number of projects executed in the past for 90 TPD, with marks allocated as follows: 10 marks for 1-2 projects, 12 marks for 2-5 projects, and 15 marks for above 5 projects. - Experience in operating a Waste-to-Energy plant, with an average of a minimum of 20% of plant capacity (365 tons) in the last 3 years. - A minimum of 1 continuous year of experience in the field, with a certificate along with a work order contract copy. - Experience in setting up solid waste processing facilities, with a minimum capacity of 90 TPD. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of above 5 Cr. marks. The bidder's net worth should be at least 40,000,000.
