First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1:25 finess modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials ; lobour; and T&P etc .

12mm Thick neat cement plaster in 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) mortar in single coat or fair of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal founded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith chamfers and finished even and stooth ( S.I No 584)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in propottions (1:2:4) for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.SI NO-283

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as RCC or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. Excluding GST

Collcetion and Consolidation of stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with smooth wheeI roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction joints only plain cement concrete pavement thicknees as per deigns over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30( Guide) coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side fromwork (steel channel) laying fixing of 125 micron thick polythene firm wedge steel plate including leveling the fromwork as per drawing uploading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and polate vibrators and finished in sonnotous operation including provision of contraction and expention construction joints applying debonding strip primer scalant dowel bar near approaches to bridge /culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to liner and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501
