20mm Cement plaster in dedo or skirting in 1:2 Cement Coarse sand,backing coat 17 mm and finishing coat 3 mm thick (of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1) including supply of all material, labour T&P etc.

Supply & fixing of flush doors commercial quality conforming to I.S 2202 part 1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cieats & stoppers hinges bolts,locks.handles fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentaly 35 mm thick

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces 2.0 time of item no -10

PVC "P" trap of approved make with 10 litres low level flushing cistern (Hindustan, Sanitax, Ashoka make) ISI marked with syphon, brass fitting and GI chain pull, RS or CI Brackets, 32 mm. dia. GI flush pipe "B" class (2 m.) with brass unions etc. 32 mm. dia. PVC bend 32 mm. dia. PVC socket, 15 mm. dia. overflow pipe with specials and masquito proof couplings of approved minicipal design, 15 mm. dia. brass stop cock (400 gms.) plastic connection (1.5" x 1") with brass unions including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and painting of cistern and fittings with approved paint, cutting and making good the walls and floors where required with cement sand and grit. The seat and trap shall have to be fixed over minimum 3" thick C.C. in proportion of 12:6:1 including supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. complete.
