Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capcity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Cement Grouting Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying porous hot bituminous mix as per grading of IRC SP 125 2019 Drum/batch type hot mix plant producing in average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crusted aggregate of specified, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3 percent of mix and filler, transporting the mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeler, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects and then cooling to air temprature Subsquently then grouting throgh cementinious material to insure to full depth grouting with CGMB layar. (As per Analysis)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. Per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and fee from streaks and holes.

Supply & Fixing of pavement Makers (Cat Eye) Type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennison/3-M (USA Make) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic two glass coverd prismatic reflective face to reflect light I/C all taxes.

Supplying and instalation of delinators (Road way indicators, hazard markers, object marker) 80-100 cm. High above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm. wide strips, fitted with 80×100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panel at the top buried of pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawing.
