The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in establishing waste processing facilities, with specific capacity requirements such as: * 1 completed/ongoing project of 104 TPD * 2 completed/ongoing projects of 65 TPD each * 3 completed/ongoing projects of 52 TPD each Additionally, the bidder should have experience in scientific dumpsite reclamation/bioremediation of dumpsites facility, with requirements such as: * 1 project of 37,960 metric tons * 2 projects of 23,725 metric tons each * 3 projects of 18,980 metric tons each The bidder should also have experience in establishing and operating solid waste management (SWM) processing plants, specifically wet waste processing plants, or legacy waste remediation for government or local bodies. In terms of similar works completed, the bidder should have received at least 60% payment of the total contract value for ongoing projects. The evaluation criteria for experience in selling byproducts include: * Average of minimum 20% of Plant Capacity * 365 tons in last 3 years (i.e., 9490 MT): 13 marks * Average of minimum 20% of Plant Capacity * 365 * 2 tons in last 3 years (i.e., 18980 MT): 14 marks * Average of minimum 20% of Plant Capacity * 365 * 3 tons in last 3 years (i.e., 28470 MT): 15 marks The bidder's experience is evaluated based on the plant capacity, with criteria such as: * 130 TPD or 47450 Metric Tons: 15 Marks * 131-150 TPD or 47815 to 54750 Metric Tons: 17 Marks * 151-250 TPD or 55115 to 91250 Metric Tons: 20 Marks * 251 TPD above or 91615 Metric Tons and above: 25 Marks The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of at least ₹ 8.50 Cr in the last three consecutive years, and a net worth of at least ₹ 2 Cr at the close of the preceding financial year.
