The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years. The bidder needs to provide proof of past experience and project experience, which can be in the form of a contract copy along with invoices, execution certificate by the client, or any other document that supports contract execution. For fulfilling the experience criteria, the bidder should have experience of 3 years in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder should be 300 Lakh for 3 years.
