M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape as necessary inclding bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all steel & wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping hall be measured.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm guage approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending. But including its fixing and binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

M-150 Class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coarea Sand 2.20 F.M. Mortar in superstructure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of walls not to be less than 1 1/2 brick. Add extra labour ro above items. including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing cement primar on old /new surface.

Finishing walls with water proof cement paint (Asian or Berger Band) of approved make and quality on new wood with two coat to give an even shade including supply of all material etc complete. Each coat of water proof cement paint after the first two coat to give an even shade.

Supply and fixing 6 mm thick China glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and tool sand plants etc. (Flooring). (PWD-628)

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos roundsper 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shapedplaced 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire,stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessarybolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire ofhigh tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre.

Retro -Reflective sheeting type-IV with 4 mm thick ACM Single Side: Providing & fixing of reflective singns with a corrosing resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with high intensity prismatic sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm Legends letters ,numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 The sheeting shall have a pressure -sensitive adhesive of the aggressive -tack type requiring no heat ,solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface,in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer ,The ACM (Aluminium composite Materials )shall be fixed on the back frame MS Angle with riveting Micro prismatic type iV retro reflective sheeting comfirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be pressure fixed the retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection ,daytime colour and luminance ,shrinkage ,flexibility, liner removal, adhesion ,impact resistance ,specular gloss and fungus resistance,3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtanined from international/Govemment laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition ,it should also be obtained from indian condition within 3 yerars of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad Alternatively ,a certificate conforming to ASTM specification (D 4956 -09 ) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionally in such a situation, the Employer/client,if so desires,could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weatheringof the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012& proof of the same report shall be uploaded which quoting tender The rate shall include all materials ,labour T& P ,transportation,installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge
