The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of providing similar services. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (which is 30578112.28, so 40% of this is 12231245.13); 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (which is 15289056.14); 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (which is 24462490.23). Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs. 92 Lakh for the last three financial years. However, if the bidder is a Micro or Small Enterprise, or a Startup, they shall be exempted from the requirement of "Bidder Turnover" criteria and "Experience Criteria" subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications.
