The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing 'Similar Works' during the last seven years. The 'Similar Works' refer to the work of Operation and Maintenance/ Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical system in Airport/ Metro stations/ Railway stations. The bidder should have completed at least one 'Similar Work' of value INR 4.16 Crores or more, or two 'Similar Works' each of value INR 2.60 Crores or more, or three 'Similar Works' each of value INR 2.08 Crores or more. In the case of a joint venture (JV)/consortium, each non-substantial partner must have experience of executing at least one "Electrical Works" of minimum INR 1.04 Crores in the last 07 years. Additionally, each non-substantial partner should have a minimum of 20% participation in the JV/Consortium, and partners having less than 26% participation will be termed as non-substantial partners. Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract based on the Original Scope of Work/ Revised Scope of Work, whichever is less. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV)/Consortium with a foreign partner, the foreign partner must have executed works of total value INR 2.08 Crores or more outside the country of the foreign partner. The work experience of only the substantial partner (partner with a share of 26% or more in the JV/Consortium) shall be considered for evaluating the JV/Consortium. The bidder, including all substantial members of JV/Consortium, should have been incorporated more than three years earlier from the last day of the previous month of tender submission. The bidder must submit details of the works executed by them in the prescribed format, along with documentary proof such as Completion Certificate/ Substantial Completion Certificate from the client, to be considered for qualification of work experience criteria. The extent of participation by each member of the JV/consortium in terms of percentage of the value of the proposed Contract and Maximum value of Works executed in any one year during the last 5 years (in Rs. equivalent) for each member of the JV/Consortium should also be submitted. The value of successfully completed or substantially completed portion of similar work is considered for qualification of Work Experience Criteria, and for completed Works, the value of work done is updated to the last day of the month previous to the month of tender submission price level, assuming 5% inflation for Indian Rupees every year and 2% for foreign currency portions per year. In case of Composite Work, the value of successfully completed or substantially completed portion of similar work is considered for qualification of Work Experience Criteria. If the above work(s) comprise(s) of works other than ‘Similar Works’ also, then the client’s certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the ‘Similar Works’ shall be furnished by the tenderer in support of work experience along-with their tender submissions. Only work experience certificate having stamp of Name and Designation of officer along with the Name of client is considered for the evaluation. The specific values and percentages of similar works completed are mentioned as: - At least one ‘Similar Works’ of value of INR 4.16 Crores or more - Two ‘Similar Works’ each of value of INR 2.60 Crores or more. - Three ‘Similar Works’ each of value INR 2.08 Crores or more. - Minimum 20% participation for non-substantial partners in the JV/Consortium. - 26% or more participation for substantial partners in the JV/Consortium. - 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract for substantial completion.
