Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and low laying area where required as directed etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for alll lift.

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Illl) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. (a) 12 mm cement plaster.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Illl) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

(ii) Road work

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineerin- Charge. (a) With material conforming to Grade-ll (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineerin- charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Minimum Cement content should be 340kg/cum. Nothing extra for cement shall be paid. (a) Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing per cm compound for sealing of expansion joints inroads/pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

iii) Arboriculture Horticulture and landscaping tree plantation

Trenching in ordinary soil up to depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable material and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neartly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to propere levels by filling with earth of earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete ( manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

(a) Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20mm

(b) Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 16mm

(c) Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75mm

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the office -in-charge.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 Parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water filling with earth if necessaary watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of material declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50m lift up to 1.5m complete (cost of Sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure sludge in the ratio of 2.1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of aerth after reduction by 20% 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction 8%) flooding with water dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts (cost of manure sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately. (a) Holes 60cm dia, and 60cm deep.

Edging with bricks laid dry length wise including required excavation refilling consoildation with hand packing and sepreading surplus earth neatly within a lead of 50m. (a) Common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) Bricks of class designation 7.5.

Providing and stacking of azadirachta indica (Neem) of height 120-130cm in big polybag of size 25cm as per direction of the office-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Delonix regia (Gulmohar) of height 150-165cm. In big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of polyalthia longfolia (Ashok) of height 150-165cm in earthen pots of size 25cm as per direction of the office-in-charge.

Providing & laying slection no. 1 doob grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with poper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light e=watering the same maintenance for 30 dyas or more till the grass estabish propely as per direction of the office-in-charge.

Sludge Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5km complete (sludge measued in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Preading of sludge dump manure and / or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately).

Ornamental plants (Potted Plants)

Providing and Displaying Acalypha Different colour well developed, fresh & healthy with good foliage, multi branch 30 to 45 cm ht. in 20 cm size of Earthen Pot/ Plastic Pot bushy as per direction of the officer-in-charge

PART B:-

i) Maintenance of Arboriculture assets:-

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs edge flower beds, floisges, creepers etc. including hoeing weeding pruning replacement of plants gap filling watering mowing of lawn grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter removal of garden waste, applying insecticide pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required ) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as direction by office-in-charge (cost of good earth manure fertilizer, insecticide pesticide lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material / articles shall be all inclusive. (a) Play grounds / public parks per sqm.

Complete maintenance of shrubs (out side garden features). Job like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering weeding pruning & application of fertizar etc. (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by per plant / the department ). and as per direction of officer-in-charge.

NOTE :- DSR RATES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT COVERED IN BOQ AND SAME IS REQUIRED TO BE INCORPORATED IN THE WORK AS PER SITE CONDITIONS AS DIRECTED BY ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE.
