Providing of Commercial Vehicle with, third party insurance, fitness with GPS for various workshops under EWD, Kanpur (per month/Vehicle) * 48 Vehicle for 12 month

Hiring/Providing of Mahindra Pick UP/Maxi Truck/Tata Xenon/Tata 207/Tata407/other vehicle similar capacity and Size in good condition, fitness with third party insurance including GPS System along with 01 Nos. Skilled Labour Cum driver & 02 Nos. Un-Skilled Labour per vehicle for safe loading of repair/New Transformer (capacity) 10/16 KVA to 100 KVA including Transformers of PTW at concern T/F repairing workshop/Store, safe carriage of T/F's from concern workshop/store to site of work, Intimate to concern JE/Line Man Distribution for taking shut down of Damage T/F's and disconnecting the same by line man of concern Distribution Division. After disconnecting the damage transformer will be removal from double pole/plinth. Installation of repaired/New Transformer on pole/Plinth. After that connection will be made by line man of distribution division and transformer will energised. Loading of Old/Damage transformer on the vehicle and safe carriage of the same from site to Concern workshop/Store including unloading and proper stacking. The contractor shall arrange all required labour and T& P (Chain tackle, rope, hydraulic trolley, safety equipments, hydra, crane etc) at his level required for replacement of T/Fs. Per month vehicle charges are to be quoted. (Inclusive of GPS usage monthly charges.) *Only Diesel will be provided by the department as per Norms.
