Dismentalling and removal of the following transformers from various 11/0.4 KV substation, under the jurisdiction of Electricity Urban Distribution Division [II] Firozabad, and their cartage from site to Centre Store Asfabad (Firozabad) through Kaccha Pakka road as per direction of supervising engineer, including the work of safe loading and unloading at the respective ends and also including the cost of arrangement of laborer, T&P, carrier etc required for proper completion of work. (Distance 00-20 Kms.)

Installation of the Following new transformers at various 11/0.4 KV substation, under the jurisdiction of Electricity Urban Distribution Division [II] Firozabad, in proper alignment and direction and making proper HT/LT connection as per instruction of Supervising Engineer after carriage the same from Centre Stores, Asfabad including the work of safe loading and unloading at the respective ends and also including the cost of arrangement of laborer, T&P, carrier etc required for proper completion of work.

Laying of the following cable.

Erection of 11 M long STP Double Pole Structure including duly grouted in cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:2:4, including work of fitting of all accessories, stone pad and clamps suitable for AB cable. Work will be carried out as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Erection of 9/11 M long STP Single Pole including duly grouted in cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:2:4, including work of fitting of all accessories, stone pad and clamps suitable for AB cable. Work will be carried out as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Chemical Earthing of Distribution T/F including all required materail including all required materail as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Fixing of earthing rod for pole earthing as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Erection and grouting of stays as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Installation of Tail Less unit for 250 KVA 11/.4 KV Transformers

Concreting of pole 0.880 cu. M. each including all required materail per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Constructionof Distribution Transformer plinth including all required materail of size 2’x2’x1.5’ at various places under the jurisdiction of EUDD-II, Firozabad. The size of plinth shall be of 4’ above the ground level. At the bottom there shall be brick ballast pad of size 5x6’x3” thick in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, sand and brick ballast]. The first class brick wall work shall be 9” thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand]. The hollow portion among the wall shall be filled up with the brick ballast properly hammered and rammered as per direction of supervising engineer. On the top of the wall there shall be mesh of 12 mm thick iron rod at distance of 9’’ and RCC work in ratio 1:3:6 [Cement, Sand and grit stone] There shall be plastering all over the plinth 12 mm thick in ratio 1:4 [Cement and sand] above the ground level. Proper watering and curing of the plinth shall be carried out as per direction of supervising engineer., and also including the cost of arrangement of labourer, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Fencing of 250 kva Distribution Transformers including all required materail in proper alignment as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Carriage of dismantle material i.e. poles and other accessories of 33 KV, 11 KV and LT line as mentioned above from site to Centre store Asfabad (10 Kms.)
