Earthing of 5/8/10 MVA Power transformer by maintenance free Earthing Electrods (Chemical) by digging pits 6" dia upto 3mtr. deep including inserting pipe in pipe technology concept involve two mild steel pipes one inserted inside. One inserted inside the other of size- 1- Inner pipe dia 50mm. 2- Outer pipe dia 100mm and length of the both pipe shall be 3000 mm. The M.S.pipe shall be ISI mark of class B as per IS 1239. Thickness of the pipe shall be 12 SWG. The empty space in the pipe shall be filled with the specially developed crystalline material conductive mixture such as copper and aluminimum powder, conductive carbon and bonding material etc. mixed in diffrent proportions. Conductive mixture contents shall be 70 % carbon powder & 30% metal powder preferably pure copper or aluminum material along with the required quantity of bonding materials. Granule size of the carbon & metal powder shall be 100 mesh. The mixture if forced (pressurized) inside the earth electrode in empty space of inner pipe & in empty space between the inner & outer pipe of the earth electrode, in paste form and after solidification of the same the bottom end cap as well as top end cap is provided. The mixture shall be pressed by machine in the pipe. Precaution shall be taken so as no air gap inside the pipe while pressing. The back fill compound (earth enhancment material ) shall be superior conductive material that improves earthing effectiveness especially in areas of poor conductivity such as rocky ground, sandy soil & areas of moisture varation. It may contain conductive cement (20%) graphite carbon powder(50%), hydrous aluminum siliacate (10%), Sodium montmorillonite (20%) etc. it shall be placed around earth electrode in the earth pit to improve the conductive of earth electrode & ground contact area. Mild steel electro galavanized Flat 50x6 mm shall welded to earth electrode pips & connected with Trasnformer netural / body as below with the hlep of steel nut & bolt or through welding as per site requirment to 80mm GI pipe and filling of chemical mixutre around the GI pipe upto 3 mtr. including making of chamber & connecting the top of the inserted pipe and transformer body / neutral through M.S.flat 50x6mm with the help of nut & bolt or through welding and making a main hole of size 2'×2' and covering the same by a stone pad for the purpose of poring water for moisture. Body Earthing of Transformers, Neutral Earthing of Transformers.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO norms including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

INSTALLATION OF 33 KV LIGHTENING ARRESTORS :- Assembling and installation / mounting of lightening arrestors on the L.A structure / Terminal Gentry complete with making earth connection (seprate) and line connection . The work includes providing & fabrication of 3 Nos. M.S Plates of size 300×450mm, 10 mm thick for placing lightening arrestors.

INSTALLATION OF 33 KV POST INSULATORS. Installation of post insulator on the structure. The work also includes providing & fabrication of 3 Nos. M.S Plate of size 300×450mm. 10 mm. thick for placing post insulator.

Centrifusing and filteration of 5/8/10 MVA Power T/F at destination S/S including testing of T/F oil to give BDV value not less than 60 KV when tested with 2.5 mm gap electrode. including opening of radiators, conservator tank & other accessories as required and drain out T/F oil in drums & unloading at destination place & fitting of radiator, conservator tank & other accessories and filling of T/F oil safely. & all T&P, crane, Trolla etc as required is to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

For the work of Stopping oil Leakage of Power T/Fs :- Opening/disassembling of Power T/F all 11 KV and 33 KV jumpers/cables of the said converters, removing the top cover by opening the nutbolts of the top cover with the help of a crane, opening the conservator tanks of the power converters and separating them from the converters, oil of the power converters as required. Removing the level and carefully filling it in the drums, changing the cork sheets of the tanks, changing the packing (rubber) of 11 KV and 33 KV bushings, changing the packing of oil tanks and changing the packing of radiator bulbs, faulty HT and LT roads of the transformers. Replacement of damaged HT bushings and LT bushings of converters, replacement of worksheet and packing of converters, reinstalling top plate, radiator and conservative tank etc. in proper place efficiently, carefully pouring oil back into the tanks of converters and closing them tightly again. Cleaning of 11 KV and 33 KV bushings, reconnection of all 11 KV and 33 KV jumpers/cables of transformers after completing the above work, etc.

General overhauling/Refitting of operating Mechanism of circuit breaker /associated Equipement as required (tripping leaver, charging leaver, inter lock lever, locking drum, mechanism springs, setting screw, stop pin, trip prop, set screw, spindle, lock nut, Trip roller coil assembly release roller, ratechet, coil pot, main toggle, Tripping plunger, operating springs, Trip Coils etc)

Removal and Cartiage of old & Used Material (33 VCB- 02, Scrap Iron-200 KG & Isolator scrap-60KG). (Apprx 00-70 KM)
