Note: Scope of work for operation & comprehensive maintenance of AC, Electrical, Generator and other machines as per above table-1, 2, 3 & 4 are covered with spares in AMC. The contractor will arrange stock of minimum spares parts at site. 26. Hose-reel, hose-pipes and other pipes of firefighting system shall be replaced/provided by the CSTUP. 27. Painting of plant and machinery including firefinghing, Hydrant Box etc. is not in the scope of the work of the contractor. Firefighting cylinders refilling is in the scope of the work of the contractor. If any cylinder needs replacement due to physical damage or end of life the replacement of the same shall be responsibility of the CSTUP. The replacement of faulty smoke detectors shall be the responsibility of the contractor, however the expenditure incurred on this replacement shall be reimbursed to the contractor by the CSTUP.
