Point wiring

Dismantling, repairing ,alignment and installation of old chimney part of 12 meter height including fabrication and fixing of defective parts ( 12 m.m. thick flange with stiffner) at the same foundation with heat resistant and corrosion resistant paint to suit hot and rainy climatic conditions.

Fabrication , engineering, supply, installation, testing and commisioning of balance part 18 meter mild steel chimney part of dia 300 mm and 6 m.m. thick, made with ERW m.s. cold rolled sheet as per IS 2062 grade,in three parts designed in compliance with latest CPCB,State pollution Control ,MOE&F standards and IS codes with required structural supports of total height 30 meters with provision of wind cutter spiral system at top of chimney pitch 600m.m., 65x5 mm thick of length 3 meter,provision of ladders with supporting rings for protection and gaurds up to the point of ambling platform ,sampling points, earthing with strips of copper(size25x5m.m.), lightening arrestor(Copper/SS), aviation light(LED) with cable, top rain cover,body flange 12 m.m. with asbestos gasket for chimney with stiffner of 50x6x300mm long flat , with high carbon steel nut &bolts complete in all respect.Chimney ladder and gaurds sampling platform shall be made from IS Grade structural section material and plate material ,stay wire twisted of 10 m.m. thick,525 feet with stay wire hook of 1 meter 45/5 angle. Painting of incinerator system shalll be done with heat resistant and corrosion resistant paint to suit hot and rainy climatic conditions.
