Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mmx600mmx3mm thick including accessories, and providing masanory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc with charcoal / coke and salt etc. as required.

Providing & fixing earth bus of 50 mm x 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following sizes direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required:

a) Upto 120 sq.mm

b)Above 120 sq.mm and up to 400 sq.mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable joint kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:

a) 120 sq. mm

b) 240 sq. mm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable joint kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:

a) 120 sq. mm

b) 240 sq. mm

Dismantling of various sizes of cable from the surfaces, restoring the surfaces & handing over the materials to electrical section, etc as required.

Supply & fixing of 9 litres capacity, red colour heavy gauze metallic fire bucket filled with dry white sand and fitted with its hanger, etc as required.

Supply & fixing of fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 40HP, relay range- 20-33 amps fitted with MN32FASD contractors including its connection etc as required.

Overhauling, servicing, maintenance of 11KV old / existing 1Nos OCB, repairing of its defective parts, its defective CT/PT for proper operation of tripping/safety features, including tank oil replacement with new oil, etc as required and as stated below:

a) Removal of saturated CTs from OCB, providing & fixing of new CTs including all the connections etc as required (One set contains 3Nos of CT).

b) Repairing of PT of existing OCB, replacement of its fuses and top up of transformer oil.

c) Replacement of 02Nos. relay (i.e. O/C & E/F), replacement of voltmeter, ammeter, replacement/repairing of TNC and LR switch.

d) Overhauling, servicing, maintenance of OCB, top up of new transformer oil , replacement/ rectification of shunt trip coil, cleaning and greasing of rack in/out mechanism, checking of IR value of CB and panel and energizing of the panel.

Supply and testing of 11KV old / existing Crompton Greaves/Parkinson make OCB main trolley handle for proper operation and its maintenance, etc as required.

Supply & fixing of electric insulation mat (class-B) made of PVC elastomer, safe working voltage 11KV, 2.5mm thickness, 1mtr width x 10mtr in length roll confirming to IS 15652:2006, blue/black in colour antiskid dotted, etc as required (10 Mtr x 15 Nos. = 150Mtr).

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of copper wound 630KVA, 11/0.43KV outdoor continous distribution transformer as per IS 1180, which includes following specifications: (1) Rating -630KVA (2) Installation-Outdoor (3) No. of phases- Three (4) Primary voltage- 11 KV (5) Secondary voltage- 0.433 KV (6) Vector group- Dyn11 (7)Taping on primary- 5% to 15% in steps of 1.25% through OFF LOAD CHANGER (8) Insulation class- A (9) Cooling -ONAN (10) Tempreture rise: In oil by thermometer-40 Degree centigrade & In winding by resistance- 45 Degree centigrade (11) Impedence- 5% IS Tolerance (12) Paint shade- RAL7032 (13) First filling of oil: Confirm to IS 335 (14) Total losses @50% loading: 2287 Watt (Max) as per IS 1180 Level-2 (15) Total losses @100% loading: 6402 Watt (Max) as per IS 1180 Level-2 (16) Terminal arrangement: HV & LV cable box.The transformer will be housed in a welded steel tank and bolted construction with the following fittings: Rating & Diagram plate, Monogram, Air release hole with plug, Detachable radiators, Bidirectional rollers, Offload tap changer, oil, Earthing terminals, Buchholz relay with alarm& trip contacts, inspection cover, Drain cum bottom filter valve, Filter valve, Oil level indicator, Pressure relief valve, Lifting lugs & Jacking pad, Silica gel dehydrating breather, Marshaling box with double instrument, Oil tempreture indicator with alarm & trip contacts, Winding tempreture indicator with alarm & trip contacts etc as required.

Buy-back of defective copper wound 750KVA, 11/0.43KV distribution transformer etc as required.
