As in item no 4 but for 15 mm tk CP on R/S.

P/l 40 mm tk CC 1:2:4 flooring in cement, appd coarse sand, 20 mm stone grit laid in panels with 3 mm tk floating coat of neat cement including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

P/f 18 mm thick granite of any color/shade gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre moulded and pre polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, w/sills, gacias and similar locations of reqd size, appd shade, color and texture laid over 20 mm tk av base of 1:4 cm laid and jointed with white / colored cement slurry / pigment, epoxy touch ups, i/c rubbing and polishing,curing, moulding to edges to give high gloss finish etc complete at all lvl and also i/c s/o all material, labor, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing kitchen/Laboratory sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chainwith rubber plug, 40 mm C.P. brass waste pipe, waste coupling complete, including paintingthe fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required: White glazed fire clay kitchen sink of size 600x450x 250 mm

P/f 15 mm dia CP brass bib cock heavy quality (wt not less than 400 gm) ISI marked including cutting and threading of pipe if necessary complete in all respects.

P/f 25 mm dia B-class GI pipe (Jindal/ Prakash surya) line with specials such as bends, tee, socket, cross, clamps etc and threading of pipe if necessary, testing for leakage, finished good to wall i/c s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

As in item no 10 but for 15 mm dia GI pipe line.

P/f 25 mm x 15 mm GI B Class reducing elbow including cutting and threading of pipe if necessary complete in all respects.

P/f 25 mm dia GI Union including cutting and threading of pipe if necessary complete in all respects.

P/f of aluminium anodized section D / W / V / sliding w / fixed partition including frame work fabricated out of aluminium section for frame will be 44.45mm x 44.45mm x 1.2mm for top / bottom /vertical members for D / W / V / middle / top / bottom will be 44.45 mm x 44.45 mm x 1.2 mm for sliding w two rack section of window will be 64 mm x 38 mm x 1.2 mm and for sliding w shutters the section will be 40 mm x 18 mm x 1.2mm for fixed partition the section will be 44.45 mm x 44.45 mm x1.2 mm for top / bottom / Vertical / middle members for door section will be 80mm x 44.45 mm x 1.2 mm. All section of aluminium shall be of Hindalco / Jindal / Ajit India / Boruka make the above will comprising all accessories live snap beading of heavy quality anodized powder coated color section, alm handle 200 mm long will be colored with reqd screws, 100 mm wide alm colored hinges, 200mm long colored alm tower bolt, lock & key ISI mark, EPDM rubber gasket heavy duty soft quality will be provided, floor spring should be heavy quality ISI mark make Sandhu/ Zip/ Everest. D/W/V/sliding w/ fixed partition will consisting one or more parts with reqd size (as per drg) of 3 mm thick ACP sheet of Alstring / Alstone make with both side one color lamination including wastage. 5mm thick plain glass of AIS/Saint gobain/ Modi guard will be provided with breakage if any recd shall be liability of contrator. All D/W/V/sliding w/ fixed partition shall be binded to each other and ground /roof by alm angle cleats size 40mmx40mmx3mm. The whole work will be fabricated with machine and will be properly aligned in plumb and line / level including curved and good finished and also including s/o all material, labour, t&p etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

P/f 110 mm dia PVC pipe 6 kg/sqcm pressure ISI marked (KISAN/FINOLEX) with specials such as bends, tee, socket, cross, clamps (300x25x3mm) and fixed to floor/wall with 15 cm long 6mm dia nails and testing for leakage, finished good to floor/wall including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

P/f 110 mm dia PVC Nahani Trap including cutting and threading of pipe if necessary and jointing to pvc pipe with solvent complete in all respects.

P/f 110 mm dia CP brass grating of appd quality finished with white cement testing for leakage, finished good to wall/floor including cutting and threading of pipe if necessary complete in all respects.

P/a of white cement based putty if av thickness 1mm of appd brand and manufacturer (Birla/ Berger/ Nerolac / Asian/JK should be used) over the plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

OBD on new work with one coat of primer , two coats of oil Bound Distemper of superior quality appd colour with (Berger/ Nerolac / Asian paint should be used) including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.
