E/W in excavation in foundation in soil mixed with mooram / shingle kankar / gravel, including 1.50m lift and lead up to 30m including filling watering ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or into the space between the bldg and sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed EI within the distance of 60m (rates are including royalty)

P/l PCC 1:4:8 in cement, appd coarse sand, 40 mm stone grit in foundation and under floors including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

RCC in 1:1.5:3 in cement, appd coarse sand , 20mm stone grit in raft foundation & footing excluding s/o reinforcement and its bending, binding, cutting but including its fixing with 24 BWG GI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

As in item no 5 but for RCC Columns.

MS or Iron in plain work such as RCC/RB when not included in over all rates wrought to reqd shape as necessary including cutting, bending, binding the steel for proper completion of the work including wastage & over lapping and hooks.

20 mm thick CP in 1:2 CM on roof in rendering i/c 3mm floating coat of neat cement including s/o all material, labor, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/ 250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :

Painting on new surface in small areas with two coats of superior quality readymixed aluminium paint of appd brand (Berger/ Nerolac / Asian paint should be used) i/c rubbing/cleaning/ sand papering of surface if reqd including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work. Paint should be used confirming to BIS no 103-1950.

Ist class bw in 1:6 CM in s/s including s/o all material, labour, t&p etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick CP in 1:6 CM on BW on fair faces or p/s in single coat up to floor V lvl including s/o all material, labor, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work. (Minimum thickness should not be less than 10 mm)

As in item no 16 but for 15mm thick cp on r/s.

P/A 1mm thick putty to give an even or smooth surface with Asian/Birla white / Nerolac putty including rubing, cleaning by MS flat, sand paper and including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

OBD on new work with one coat of primer , two coats of OBD of superior quality appd colour with (Berger/ Nerolac / Asian paint should be used) including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

P/f of Aluminium anodized powder coated section D / W / V / sliding w / fixed partition as per approved drawing including frame work fabricated out of aluminium section for frame will be 44.45mm x 44.45mm x 1.2 mm for top / bottom /vertical members, for D / W / V / middle / top / bottom will be 44.45mm x44.45mmx1.2mm, for sliding w two rack section of window will be 64mm x 38mm x 1.2 mm and for sliding w shutters the section will be 40mm x 18mm x1.2mm for fixed partition the section will be 44.45 mm x 44.45 mm x 1.2 mm for top / bottom / Vertical / middle members for door section will be 80mm x 44.45mm x 1.2 mm. All section of aluminium shall be of Hindalco / Jindal / Ajit India / Boruka Make the above will comprising all accessories live snap beading of heavy quality anodized powder coated section, alm handle 200 mm long will be with reqd screws, 100 mm wide alm hinges, 200mm long coloured alm tower bolt, lock & key ISI mark, EPDM rubber gasket heavy duty soft quality will be provided, floor spring should be heavy quality ISI mark like Sandhu / Zip / Everest. D / W / V / sliding w / fixed partition will consisting one or more parts with required size ( as per drawing) of 12mm thick pre laminated particle board novopan / archid or equivalent ISI make with both side one colour lamination including wastage. 5mm thick plain glass of AIS / Saint gobain / Modi guard will be provided with breakage if any received shall be liability of contractor. All D / W / V / sliding w / fixed partition shall be bended to each other and ground / roof by alm angle cleats size 40mmx40mmx3mm. The whole work will be fabricated with machine and will be properly aligned in plumb and line / level including curved and good finished and also including s/o all material, labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/l ivory/light shade 8-10mm mm thick vitrified tiles size 600mmx600mm flooring/skirting over 20mm thick av base of 1:3 cm laid and jointed with white / colored cement slurry / pigment i/c rubbing and polishing complete, i/c wastage and also i/c s/o all material, labor, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

40mm thick marble chips flooring rubbed and polished to granolithic finish under layer 30mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 10 mm and down gauge rop layer 10 mm thick white black or white and black marble chips of required sizes from 1 mm to 4 mm nominal sizes laid in cement marble powder by mix 3:1 (3 cement : 1 marble powder by weight) in proportion of 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips by volume including fixing of glass etrips. ( Excluding cost of glass strips))

P/l CC 1:2:4 in cement, appd coarse sand, 20 mm stone grit in mass concrete in floors or similiar works including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

MS or Iron in heavy sizes such as trusses , built up gates , door frame , record racks , roof work, grills etc. wrought to reqd form as necessary including drilling holes riveting or welding where necessary and also including s/o steel, bolts, nuts etc and their fixing for proper completion of the work.

Painting on new surface in small areas with two coats of superior quality readymixed enamel paint of appd colour with (Berger/ Nerolac / Asian paint should be used) over one coat of readymixed red oxide primer (Berger/ Nerolac / Asian) i/c rubbing/cleaning/ sand papering of surface if reqd including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work. Paint should be used confirming to BIS no 103-1950.

P/f 110 mm dia PVC pipe 6 kg/sqcm pressure ISI marked (KISAN/FINOLEX) with specials such as bends, tee, socket, cross, clamps (300x25x3mm) and fixed to floor/wall with 15 cm long 6mm dia nails and testing for leakage, finished good to floor/wall including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

Dismantling of RCC/RB i/c stacking and disposal of dismantled material as directed by EI within the distance of 60m.

wiring points for light with 1-5 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in heavy guage rigid PVC conduit pipe concealed in the wall, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire' GP Box' piano type switch & ceiling rose/ angle/ batten holder on 3 mm thick phenolic larninated backelite sheet etc.' complete in all respect' as directed including mathching colour wash.

Supply and laying of 25mm x 3mm G.I. strip from earth electrode directly in the ground as required complete in all respects.

Supply and fixing of one number 8 SWG G.I. wire in 15mm dia. G.I. pipe for earthing' laid in ground or in wall duly concealed including the cost of cement, sand, labour, T&P other material required for proper completion of the work as directed at site.
