Dismantling of RCC/RB including stacking of dismantled material & disposal of refuse as directed by EI within a distance of 60m.

RCC in 1:1.5:3 in cement, appd coarse sand , 20mm stone grit in slab excluding s/o reinforcement and its bending, binding, cutting but including its fixing with 24 BWG GI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

As in item no. 05 above but for heavier beams having span above 6m.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement mortar of cement and sand 1.25 FM in s/s including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick CP in 1:4 CM on BW on fair faces including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work. (Minimum thickness should not be less than 10 mm)

As in item no 8 above but for 15 mm thick CP on rough surface.

P/l 8-10 mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles flooring or skirting over 20mm thick average base of 1:3 cm laid and jointed with white / colored cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete and also including s/o all material, labor, t & p etc. required for proper completion of work

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/ 250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised

MS or Iron in plain work such as RCC/RB when not included in over all rates wrought to reqd shape as necessary including cutting, bending, binding the steel for proper completion of the work including wastage & over lapping and hooks.

As in item no. 05 but for T- beam, slab, columns.

Painting on new iron work in small areas with one coat of ready mixed priming paints , two coats of ready mixed animal paints superior quality of appd color with Berger/ Nerolac / Asian paint ( Paint should be used confirming to ISI no. 103-1950) including s/o all material, labor, t&p etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

OBD with one coat of ready mixed priming, two coats of ready mixed superior quality of appd color distemper including s/o all material, labor, t&p etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

Finishing of wall with WPCP on new work in small areas with one coat of primer , two coats of snowcem superior quality appd colour with (snowcem should be used of Shalimar paints, snocem India Ltd) including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

P/f of Aluminium anodized colour section D/W/V/sliding w/ fixed partition including frame work Fabricated out of aluminium section for frame will be 44.45mmx44.45mmx1.5mm for top / bottom /vertical members for D/W/V/ middle / top / bottom will be 44.45mm x44.45mmx1.5mm for sliding w two rack section of window will be 64mm x38mmx1.5mm and for sliding w shutters the section will be 40mmx18mm x1.5mm for fixed partition the section will be 44.45 mm x 44.45 mm x 1.5 mm for top/bottom/Vertical/middle members for door section will be 80mmx44.45mmx1.5mm. All section of aluminium shall be of Hindalco/ Jindal/ Ajit India/ Boruka Make the above will comprising all accessories live snap beeding of heavy quality anodized powder coated colour section, alm handle 200 mm long will be coloured with reqd screws, 100 mm wide alm coloured hinges, 200mm long coloured alm tower bolt, Lock & key ISI mark, EPDM rubber gasket heavy duty soft quality will be provided , floor spring should be heavy quality ISI mark like Sandhu/ Zip/ Everest. D/W/V/sliding w/ fixed partition will consisting one or more parts with reqd size ( as per drg) of 12mm thick pre laminated particle board novopan/ archid make with both side one colour lamination including wastage . 5mm thick plain glass of AIS/Saint govain/ Modi gaurd will be provided with breakage if any recd shall be liablity of contrator. All D/W/V/sliding w/ fixed partition shall be binded to each other and ground /roof by alm angle cleats size 40mmx40mmx3mm. the whole work will be fabricated with machine and will be properly aligned in plumb and line / level including curved and good finished and also including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

P/l 40 mm tk CC 1:2:4 flooring in cement, appd coarse sand, 20 mm stone grit laid in panels with 3 mm tk floating coat of neat cement including s/o all material, labour, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq mm pvc condute pipe FR PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable in heavy gauge complete with 8 SWG GI earth wire , piano type switch and ceiling rose / angle / batten holder on 3mm thich phenolic laminated backey light sheet etc complete in all respect.

Wiring point for fan fresh air fan with 1.5 sq mm pvc condute pipe FR PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable partially consealed in wall/ slab along with reinforcement before concreating in heavy gauge complete with 14 SWG GI earth wire , piano type switch and ceiling rose / angle / batten holder on 3mm thich phenolic laminated backey light sheet etc complete in all respect.

Wiring point for plug with 1.5 sq mm pvc condute pipe FR PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable in heavy gauge complete with 8 SWG GI earth wire , piano type switch and ceiling rose / angle / batten holder on 3mm thich phenolic laminated backey light sheet etc complete in all respect.

Wiring for power point with 2.5 sqmm pvc condute pipe FR PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable in heavy gauge complete with 8 SWG GI earth wire , piano type switch and on 3mm thich phenolic laminated backey light sheet etc complete in all respect.

S/f of power plug with 15A/250V with flush type switch and 5 pin 15A/250V flush type universal socket in suitable MS box of 175mm x 100 mm x50 mm size with 3mm thich phenolic laminated backey light sheet fixed with brash machine screw and cup washer
