The bidder is required to have at least four years of experience in the organized sector. For work more than Rs. 200.00 lacs, the bidder should have either two similar completed works aggregating to the bid value, or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the bid value. For work more than Rs. 25.00 lacs & up to Rs. 200.00 lacs, the bidder should have either three similar completed works aggregating to the bid value (with at least one work being 50% of the bid value), or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the bid value. Additionally, B.D.A/K.D.A. registered contractors with experience in constructing multi-storeyed buildings are eligible for building work. The bidder must submit a list of similar works satisfactorily completed, along with certificates, including details such as the name of work, amount of work done, and actual or proposed date of completion.
