Supply of 1.5 TR Split AC , Supplying of 1.5 TR inverter type 5 Star rated split AC unit as per BEE star rating, minimum, ISEER of 5.2 with temperature control thermistor, remote control unit, filters, rotary type compressor, copper tubes for both indoor and outdoor unit, topping up of refrigerant if required, transportation of all of the above to the various sites and supplying the following up to the length of 3 mtrs etc as required . 1. hot and cold refrigerant piping each and 2. suitable connecting electrical cable between indoor and out door unit. . Note A, The unit shall have at least 12 months manufacturers or Suppliers warranty from the date of installation. Warranty on PCB shall be minimum 2 years and Warranty on compressor shall not be less than 9 years. Note B. The length of refrigerant piping for liquid refrigerant, hot gas refrigerant and length of copper conductor cable for connection from indoor to outdoor unit shall be included upto 3 mtrs. Extra length of refrigerant piping and power cable shall be paid as per item no.2 of SH II. The drain pipe of good quality . as recommended by the manufacturer , upto 3 mtrs is also included in this item.

ITC of 1.5 TR Split AC , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1.5 TR inverter type split AC unit having nominal cooling capacity of 4500 Kcal per hr 5.2 KW, minimum room air flow of 700 cub.mtr per hr and minimum Indian Seasonal Energy Efficient Ratio ISEER of 5.2 along with the copper pipe, suitable size of PVC insulated cord wire and PVC drain pipe up to the length of 3 mtrs. including transportation, gas charging, insulation, and making opening in wall and making good the damages etc., complete as per specifications, terms and conditions attached as required. For item no. 1 above

SF extra copper pipe beyond 3 mtr , Providing and fixing the following additional items suitable for the above AC units, over and above 3 mtrs length where ever required Supplying and fixing extra copper pipe line both1/4 inch for gas line and 5/8 inch for liquid line OR suitable dia , as recommended by the manufacturer, to match with the pipeline of the new unit along with suitable size rubber foam on surface of the wall i/c necessary flare nuts, suitably brazing with the existing pipe clamping, making holes in walls, same etc. as per site requirement. Note The length of refrigerant pipes supplied with each A.C units is 3 Mtr. Extra length shall be paid extra for which firm shall quote their unit rates.
