Construction of open storage yard and closed storage shed:
a. Closed storage shed: Construction of temporary closed covered storage shed for storage & preservation of all supplied material for this package (including free issue items) with minimum dimension – area 800 sq.m. x height 8m) with:
1. Brick wall construction, concrete flooring, sloped roof, rolling shutter OR
2. With bolted RCC column foundation, plinth beams, concrete flooring, steel structure with roof truss and covered with color coated sheets in all sides, rolling shutters. Windows and access doors shall be provided and it shall be in the scope of bidder. b. Open storage yard: Bidder shall make ready open storage yard suitably to obtain storage clearance from customer. Bidder shall also consider fencing/illumination of open storage and site fabrication area as and when allocated at site.

Safety Training:
After the design and installation are developed and supervised by qualified engineers familiar with recognized safety features and requirements, the next priority should be personnel training. Operating and maintenance personnel and their supervisors should be initially and then periodically retrained in safe operating procedures, recognizable hazards, precautions, and the maintenance of a safe work place. Accordingly, Contractor to provide the list of proper tools and tackles to operate and maintain the conveyor in an adequately safe condition. Employees should be made aware of, and forbidden to enter, hazardous areas. The training proposal by contractor must include safety training module for site personnel.
