CIVIL WORK

Overhead 18-20m Span:-Supply, fixing & erection of built up Overhead Structure of 18M to 20M span comprising of 6.00M height Post made up of 355.6 OD heavy class M.S. pipe two Nos., welded with 12mm M.S. plate at top & 12 mm M. S. Plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 60 mm M.S. pipe and 32 mm M.S. pipe as bracing for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90X0.90M of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation, 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast, R.C.C. with 1:2:4 Cement, Coarse Sand and 20 mm stone grit, including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provisions of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral, vertical clearances and complete installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specifications Section 800 and IRC-67 2022 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportations, Local Shifting, Erection of Signage Structure using Crane, all T&P, machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cantilever 6m Span:-Supply, fixing & erection of built up Cantilever Structure of 6.00M span comprising of 6.00M height Post made up of 300 NB heavy class M.S. pipe One Nos., welded with 12mm M.S. plate at top & 12 mm M. S. Plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 48 mm. heavy class M.S. pipe and 32 mm heavy M.S. pipe as bracing for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.75X0.75M of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation, 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast, R.C.C. with 1:2:4 Cement, Coarse Sand and 20 mm stone grit, including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provisions of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering.
