CAPACITOR PANEL SITC APFC panel of 100 KVAR capacity suitable for operation on 415 +5% Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC supply, having MNP type, resin bounded, static 12.5 KVAR capacitors (Without oil) in tier formation complete with following TPN MCCB as incomer of the Panel, 8 steps microprocessor based power factor controller relay capable to select the rating from 1 KVAR to multiples thereon up to max rating of the panel, current limiting contactors, for each capacitors protected with MCB's, Ammeter wit CT, Voltmeter selector switches indicating lights, cooling fans for panel, earting the panel with 2 nos 25x5 mm thick GI steel flat from existing earth bar, connection of APFC panel with suitable size 3.5 Core Aluminium conductor armoured XLPE cable from main LT panel (maximum length of cable 10 mtrs.) and compression glands etc. as required. te panel should have provision of timer based circuit in APFC relay to switc ON and OFF the static part automatically as and when required. Main LT Panel Supply & Erection of factory fabricated & wired metal claddust and vermin proof floor mounting, MS Channel Base with bottom and top cable entries Electrical control panel TPN ACB ( 25KA, 4 pole MDO, Microprocesser release ) and TPN MCCB's ( Four Pole 25 KA wit thermal magnetic release) Switches and instrument chamberetc. complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type/digital ammeters, volt meter, selector switchs for ammeter and voltmeter, instrument fuses, current transformer etc. The board shall have suitable cpacity electrilytic aluminium busbar as per IS8623 insulated with heat shrink and mounted in non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/DMC support with diteachable side covers and shall be complete with suitable for extension on side. The switches entry boxes shall be complete with cable end boxes reverse. All outgoings of 100 Amp and above will be provided with Amp meter, current transformer and selector switch etc and instrument switch. Supply and wiring of submains with 4 nos. 6.00 sq mm & with 2 no earth wire of 4.0 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade single core multistrand copper conductor cable in existing PVC conduit complete, including supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge. ( cable make- Havells, Polycab, Finolex )

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.
