12 mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 1.25 F.M. Mortar in 1:4 brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 3/8" (10 mm) thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No.584 i)

Providing and laying 125 micron thick polythene sheet above Dry lean concrete.(SOR basic rate 28)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade in road/taxi tracks/runways, using cement content as per design mix, using corase sand and graded stone aggrigate of 40mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved and specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars wherever required laying at site spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/camber finishing with required texture including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channal sections curing making provision for contruction/expansion and longitudinal joints (10mm widex50mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joint with approved joint filler and dealants, complete as per direction of E/I (item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve.tie bars to be paid separaetly) cement concrete manufactured in automatic baking plant (RMC plant) I/C transportation to site in transit mixer DSR16.43.2

providing of construction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, sealent premire, joint sealent, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and 25mm MS dowel bar, 25mm deformed steel tie bars, joint sealent, pre-mould joints filler, sealent premer grades, curing compound, super plasticizer admixture as per direction of Engineer In Charge

RCC work with 1:1½:3 cement coarse sand and 20mm stone grit in walls including shuttering and centering but excluding the cost of the reinforcement complete in all respect as per S.I. 289

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks.(S.I.no.504)
