Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.50 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing & in dence graded bituminous macadam (D.G.8.M.) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant bituminous binder @4.00% to 4.50 % by weight of total mix and filter @ 2% of total weight of aggragates. producing on average out put of 75 T/H using crushed aggregated of specified grading premixed with 60/70 wansported the hot mix plant material to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with a sensor control to the required grade, label and alignment rolling with smoth wheeled (8-10T) roller vibrating roller ST) for inter mediater rolling and finish with tendom roller (6-8T) to achieve the desired compaction including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as MORT & H specification clause 501.6 &501.7

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH (Tonnes per hour) batch type HMP (Hot Mix plant) producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 @ 5% of weight of mix and filler @ 2% of weight of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smoth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne for initial break down rolling, vibrator roller 8 tonne for intermediate rolling and finish folling with 6-8 tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction and including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 509 of MORTH specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (A.R.) Specification clause 509

Construction of RCC drain in abaadi portions Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loam, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 m & Iead upto 30m Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1½") gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SOR 281

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Painting first coat over priming coat on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard make brushing to give an even shade and finish and includjng cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stripping including cost of all materials ,labour ,T&P etc required for the proper complrtion of the work. (SI.No. New item no 1b + 2)

Supply, fixing & erection of built up Cantilever Structure of 6.00M span comprising of one vertical post of 6.00M height made up of 300 mm N.B. heavy class M.S. pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm M.S. plate at top & 12 mm M. S. plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm. dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M.S. pipe as bracing & 10 mm M.S. Plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90M of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation, 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:4:8 cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast, R.C.C. with 1:2:4 Cement, Coarse Sand and 20 mm stone grit, including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provisions of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral, vertical clearances and complete installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specifications Section 800 and IRC-67 2012 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportations, Local Shifting, Erection of Signage.

Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminum composte panel face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67.2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm Legends letters numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 The sheeting shall have a pressure sensitive adhesive of the aggressive tack type requiring no heat, solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) snall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shali be Pressure fixed The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these lesis shall be obtained from International/Government Sq Laboratory Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad Alternatively, a certificato conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09( on art eratud weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionaly in such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which wou'd be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathening of the sheeting as per IRC 07:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender The rate shall include all matenals labour T&P, Iransportation nstallation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Delineator Supply & Fixing of MS Delineator made of Mild steel with pure polyester powder coating with the minimum thickness of powder coating of not tess than 40 micron for protection against corrosion The surface should be conceated so that there should not be any exposed surface without powder coating Alternatively these metal guide coles can be concealed with thermoplastic body The posts shall have lan calipsoida or circular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300mm base which can be anchored onto the ground Mild steel Guide Poles shall conform to Type Xi sheeting specifications as per IRC:67 and ASTM D4956 which would ensure to obtaint clear visibility of the road alignment dunng night time The Retro reflective sheeling shall be tested for A certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance shikage, lex bilily, Sner removal adhesion, impact resistance specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathening and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from Intermal onal Government Laboratory / Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the ceruficate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Incian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTIM Specification (D4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires. could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificale meeting the recurement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67 2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P. transportabon, installation and incidentals alli complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing.
