Supply & fitment of 6" dia, 3 metres length column pipe ERW, black heavy gauge 5.4 mm thickness 'C' class steel 4 pipe. Both the ends of the column pipe should be threaded or suitable size of flange coupling. The threaded MS flange coupling should be tight in the both threaded ends of column pipe and to be welded all around inside and outside diameter. Thickness of flange 1/2" and each MS flange should have 8 nos. 5/8" dia holes and 02 nos. cable way for passing pump cable way should be in straight line, complete in all respects. 5

Supply & installation of Gasket of 6" dia with 8 Nos. of holes.

Supply & fitment of 3" long and 14 mm dia. Full threaded Bolt and Nut with 01 No. plain washer and 01 No. spring washer. 7

Supply & fitment of Flat Copper Cable 3 core, 16 sq.mm.

Supply & installation of MS bend : 90 degree, 6" (150 mm) NB along with provision for connecting (one no.) pressure gauge. Bend should be both side flanged with 8 nos. 5/8" dia holes, complete in all respects. 9

Supply & installation of pressure gauge: suitable pressure gauge along pipe and cock, complete in all respects.

Supply & installation of Start Delta Starter Panel (for 10 HP) with 3 pole 40 MCB, suitable rating of contactors, SPPR, Overload protection relay, Amp-meter, Voltmeter, Phase indicating lights and dry run protection provision , complete in all respect.

Supply, fixing & connection of MCB DB with 20A, DP MCB as incomer & 04 Nos. 6-25 A , SP MCB as outgoing with sheet steel enclosure, complete in all respects.

Supply of earth electrode & earthing materials for pipe earthing, installation & connection of earth electrode along with all necessary materials as per drawing No. EL/LB-4/PE/114 R-6.
