Annual Operation & Maintenance of 1. Electrical installation, fans Compound lights, UPS & DG sets with AMF Panels, Water Supply Systems for Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital, Psychiatry Building, Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cell Research Centre and Faculty of Dental Sciences 2. Operation of lifts only for Faculty of Dental Sciences & Psychiatry building at Sthapna Sthal Complex, BHU, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (U.P.)

Providing Services for running maintenance of EI & fans, Compound/ Security light and attending day to day electrical complaints including cleaning of ceiling fans & other electrical accessories in three shifts / round the clock duty (i.e. from 6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, 10 PM to 6 AM & 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) , Operation of Water Pump Sets, DG Sets, Electrical work related with Lifts on all days including Sunday & Holidays in Trauma Centre campus under IMS BHU, Varanasi as required by Engineer In-charge. (3 No Skilled/Wireman, 2 nos. Unskilled/ Khallasi in each shift for Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital & UPS Buildings, 1 nos. Skilled/Wireman, 1 nos. Unskilled/ Khallasi in General shift for Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cells Research Centre, Faculty of Dental Sciences & Psychiatry Building as mentioned in tender document. Operation of Lifts - Lift Operator 2 Nos. (1 for Faculty of Dental Sciences and 1 for Psychiatry Building in General Shift)

Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of DG sets with AMF Panel as follows:- a) 1250 KVA - 2 Nos. (Sterling-Make installed at Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital) b) 500 KVA - 2 Nos. (Crompton Greaves- Make Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital) c) 750 KVA DG - 2 Nos. (Jackson- Make installed at Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cells Research Centre) d) 200 - 2 Nos. (Mahindra – Make installed at Psychiatry Building) e) 160 KVA - 2 Nos. (Crompton Greaves- Make installed at Faculty of Dental Sciences)
