Extra for compaction of earth work in embankment under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density).

Supply of Unslaked Lime

Granular Sub-Base with Close Graded Material (Table: 400-1): Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. For Grading-I Material (By Mix in Place Method).

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation. (Dry Lean Concrete)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in raft foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bending the same with 24 BWG.GI binding wire and including necessary centering and shutering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. 26.31.1 SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Interlocking

Interlocking Tile- Rubber Moulded Reflective Zig-Zag 80 mm Providing & Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having Thickness 80 mm as per Drawing and Tchnical Specification Clause 1504.

Extra for providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturer's specification in cement concrete.

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 16.46.1 Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834.
