Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. 5.33.1 All works upto plinth level

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including weiding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer- in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).(100x100x5mm) 31.86 Rmt. @14.80 kg. per RMT=471.53 KG.

Providing, erecting, laying and fixing in position in 3.5 to 4 mm thick bamboo mat ridge cap (BMRC) as per IS:15476-2004 in roofing with self drilling screws along with EPDM washers complete or with galvanized iron J or L hooks 8mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washers etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 x r x r x 3.14=2 x 3.14 x 3.50x3.50=76.93 sqm.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete bolt 16mm dia 1200mm long rod. 1.20 mt.@1.58 Kg. per Rmt.=1.895KG.x 16=30.34 KG. 200 x 200 x 12mm MS plate 4 Nos @11.15 Kg. Per Nos=44.60 KG.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give in an even shade.
