The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years in various types of work such as road works, building works, and other works. The bidder should have experience in one of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also have experience in specific areas such as CC Road work, RCC Drain works, and others, as well as in works like road and bridge construction, storm water drainage projects, maintenance work, horticulture work, and other related works. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in maintenance work, with a maintenance period of one year or one rainy season, whichever is more. The bidder should also have experience in works like FTSignages, logeroadsignages along highway, Experience in any one along with structure, angarterialtoads, BoundaryWall with GrillRailling, and Scapingworks.
