Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine 16.43.1

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints.

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in - charge.

Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concreted or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all and wastages and overlapping and hooks.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge All works upto plinth lvl.

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge ,complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. 6 sq. mm 4 core

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 7000 mm Single Arm Decorative Pole with Decorative Cast Aluminium Base, Pole made from continuously tapered circular hot-rolled steel pipe conforming to E250 grade as per IS 2062:2011 standards. The pole's dimensions are a bottom diameter of 166 mm, top diameter of 76 mm, and thickness of 3 mm. The bracket stem is constructed from circular pipe of 76.1 mm diameter and 2.6 mm thickness, crowned with a mild steel (MS) cone of 700 mm height at the top. The angular Single-arm bracket is made of MS pipe with a diameter of 60.3 mm and 2.6 mm thickness, extending horizontally from the stem to accommodate the installation of streetlight luminaires at a distance of 1100 mm on either side of the stem's vertical axis. Aesthetic design is enhanced by a curved MS flat (25 mm x 4 mm) arching between the stem and each arm. The pole is designed to withstand wind speeds up to 50 m/sec, in compliance with IS 875 Part 3:1987. All pole sections are welded by certified welders using high-end MIG welding processes to ensure durability and strength. A vandal-proof MS service door (320 mm height x 90 mm width) with a safety rope is provided at the base of the pole, featuring the company logo embossed at the bottom and offering IP-rated protection. The pole is mounted on a mild steel base plate (300 mm x 300 mm 16 mm), made from E250 grade steel (as per IS 2062:2011), featuring four elongated holes (38 mm x 19 mm) designed to suit M20 x 500 mm bolts of grade 4.6 at a center-to-center distance of 215 mm. The foundation bolts of suitable size shall ensure firm grouting into the foundation, which must be designed accordingly. The pole is finished with pure polyester powder coating in a color of Graphite Grey / Anthracite Grey / Black, with a coating thickness of 60-80 microns for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Make should be as per Klite-7171/ Ligman/ Neri. All dimensions of the pole, base plate, and components are within a tolerance of +/- 5%.. The manufacturer should have in-house shot blasting machine and salt spray testing equipment. Make as per K-Lite/Ligman/Vakrangee or Equivalent.

Supply of adjustable Waco street light luminaire 120W, 3000K. Housing and front frame made of pressure diecast aluminium featuring high strength and anti corrosion. The front frame of the luminaire should be hinged for easy open and ease of maintenance. Suitable for mounting on to Ø76 pipe at -15° to +°15 lateral (side entry) and vertical (top mount). Led compartment should be covered with Clear tempered glass. High quality light transmittance lens must be used. Power consumption should be between 120W at steady state full intensity luminaire, the luminous flux of the luminaire is atleast 14400 lm for 3000K Distribution- Asymetrical Batwing street light optics T-IV. The ingress protection is IP65 or higher and impact resistance of IK08. This luminaire contains built-in LED modules. LED modules are engineered accordingly to the existing regulations of Lumen Maintenance (LM80) and Technical Memorandum (TM21), Lifespan of the luminaire 60,000 hours at 40°C. Operating ambient temperature range is from -15°C to +50°C. Driver efficiency 88%, power factor 0.96, THD 10%, Surge protection 6KV, SCDM3. Driver operating voltage of 100-277Vac.Adequate heat sink with proper thermal management shall be provided. The fixtures proposed must have passed LM 79 & LM-80, Reports from NABL Lab is MUST. Make of LEDs -LUMILED /NICHIA. CE & BIS Certified. Make: K-Lite-4290/Ligman/Wipro Or Equibalent.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and laying of 25 mm X 3mm G.I. strip from earth electrode directly in the ground as required complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
