Pointing the Tile brick pathway and tile brick wall in lime surkhi mortar with racking, cleaning and washing the points in 1:1:1(1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 C sand) with adhessive materials like Gur, Belgeri, Gum and San including carriage of water and materials

Tile brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

supplying and installation of steel tile of 0.5 mm thick of approved brand like TATA Durashine or equivalent including vertical / curve surface fixed with adhesive and polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semicircular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Provision for Lakhori brick masonry work in in lime mortar 1:1:1:( 1 Lime: 1 C sand: 1 surkhi) mixed with composite material including supply of labour , material and T& P etc required for proper completion of the work

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Provision for 25 - 30 mm thick ( 25 mm nominal thickness) lime plaster work in simple moulded with mortar of ratio 1:1:1 Lime surkhi and coarse sand with mix of gur sheera, dry gum , belgiri, etc. Plaster work to be executed in two coat as required after carefully removing of dead decay cement plaster work with carefully washing and cleaning of surface including all the labour and T&P Required proper completion of work at the site

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.15.7.4 In cement mortar

Provision for providing and fixing ridge of 203 mm over the joints including all the required fasteners and adhesive etc complete.

Provision for gable flushing of size 202 mm x 358 mm at the corners including all the fixtures, nut & bolts adhesive etc complete.

Provision for documentation for providing detailed drawing , including elevation , plan , cross section etc

30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a PVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a PVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a PVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness . The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
