Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. (Rate Including GST).

Dismantling doors, windows and clarestory windows ( steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc complete and stacking within 50 meters lead. (Rate Including GST).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length. (Rate Including GST).

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clarestory windows with hinges and necessary screws. (Rate Including GST).

Taking out old M.S. iron Grill from brick masonry wall very carefully and stacking of serviceable materials including removal of malwa at suitable place distance within 50 m as per direction of engineer in charge. (Rate Including GST).

Providing and fixing M.S. Jaali with M.S. angle of size 50x50x6 mm in frames welded with M.S. flat of size 25x5 mm in required pattern and M.S. grill gate with 50x50x6mm angle, 40x40x6 angles, 8mm Sq bars as per design including cutting, fabricating etc. and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer required for proper completion of work. Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Galvanized M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides. (Rate Including GST).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work complete. (Rate Including GST).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, up to 25 metre height, above ground level, including addition rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S tube, placed 1.5 meter centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Enginner-in-charge. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
