Disposal of dismantled Brick/CC/RCC at a distance of 8 Km. from site including loading and unloading complete in all respect.

Earth work in cutting in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming & dressing the surface to required level & slopes and also including 1.50M lift and 30 M lead the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30 Mtr. distance as directed by E/I.

Disposal of surplus earth at a distance of 8 Km. from site including loading and unloading complete in all respect.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.

Construction of Median and Island above road level with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation for drain and foundation of other structures, spread, graded and compacted as per clause 407.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408.

Painting or Varnishing new work in small areas with one coat (upto one sq.mt) of ready mixed priming paint and two coats of approved superior quality ready mixed pait or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and paints etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the I.S.I No. 103-1950.

Construction of RCC covered drain along the road of Size 1.5 m X 1.5 m M-20 Grade with wall thickness of 0.2 m and top slab 0.1m thick with steel reinforcement as per design over 0.2 m thick PCC concrete with PCC base (1:4:8) complete in all respects.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Providing and fixing Cautionary / Warning sign boards size 900 mm equilateral triangle made out of Type – XI of ASTMD 4956-09 wide angle cube cornered micro Prismatic Retro reflective sheeting and confirming to IRC 67:2012 for full background of White colour and letters/logos done by screen printing in Black colour, boarders by screen printing in Red colour and fixed over 4MM Aluminium Composite Material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick Aluminium skin on both sides with back side painted grey colour and fixed over back support frame of M.S angle 25x25x3mm all round and fixing with 35x35x4mm and mounted on a MS angle post of size 75x75x6mm with clear height of not less than 2.1 m from the ground level to the bottom of the board. The signpost should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint Black and White colour with bands of 30cm of height. The signpost shall be firmly fixed with MS base angle 35x35x4 mm in to the ground by M-15 Concrete foundation of size 450x450x600mm including cost and conveyance of all materials ,equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lift, loading chages necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

20 mm thick rough cast exterior cement plaster on wall consisting of 10 mm thick backing cast of 1:3 cement morter( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and 10 mm thick finishing coat of 1:3 cement morter (1 cement : 3 coarse aggregate of size 6 mm to 12 mm) including arises, chamfer and/or round angles not exceeding 80mm in grith.
