Providing and laying Dense Graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per the MoRTH specification Clause No.507 complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. Use of Median Marker provides safety against collision happening with medians during night time, or severe weather, Flexible Median Markers shall be provided with fluorescent yellow colour retro-reflective sheeting Type XI as per IRC 67. Flexible Median Marker shall be of tough, high impact resistant, Injection-molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability and U shape structure having rebound/bounce back property, the sheeting shall be of Type XI conforming to IRC 67 and it should be on both the faces whereby providing maximum reflectivity at langer distances with adequate durabilityr The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body during the injection malaing process. FMM shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting/ anilling on concrete medians or property constructed solid medians. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm.
